Before you start!!
Massaging on dry skin may causing redness and irritation, so you want to have some form of lubricant before starting to your massage. This allows your fingers to glide effortlessly over the skin. You can either use a facial massage oil or a massage cream to perform your facial massage. If you do not have any massage cream, apply your favorite Vitamin E cream, using only enough to give sufficient greasiness to the skin so that the hands and fingers move smoothly on the face. (DIY Section!) To whip up your own massage creams, click here. Use about a pea size. To mix your own facial massage oil, click here. Use about 1-3 drops.
